The Board of Directors for HBIC serves as the primary governing body of the non-profit organization, and directly supervises the Executive Director.  In addition to governance, the Board of Directors serves as a significant part of the fundraising efforts of HBIC; whether it is sitting on an Event Committee, identifying potential new supporters and donors, or giving directly to the MISSION of HBIC.

The HBIC Board of Directors is comprised of a variety of individuals with various backgrounds applicable to the oversight of the MISSION of HBIC including City Government, Financial Planning, and Business Ownership (current and retired).
